321 stainless steel plate is an austenitic stainless steel, with its main components including 18% chromium, 8% nickel and a small amount of titanium. Due to its special chemical composition, 321 stainless steel plate has excellent high-temperature performance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, and is suitable for various industrial fields. It is applied to outdoor machines in the chemical, coal and petroleum industries with high requirements for anti-growth corrosion, as well as heat-resistant parts in building materials and parts with difficult heat treatment.
The Ti in 321 stainless steel plate exists as a stabilizing element, but it is also a heat-resistant steel type. It performs much better than 316L stainless steel plate in terms of high-temperature performance. 321 stainless steel plate has excellent wear resistance in organic acids and inorganic acids of different concentrations and temperatures, especially in oxidative media. It is used to manufacture wear-resistant acid containers and wear-resistant equipment linings, as well as transportation pipelines.
321 stainless steel plate is a Ni-Cr-Mo type austenitic stainless steel plate. Its performance is very similar to that of 304 stainless steel plate, but due to the addition of metal titanium, it has better anti-growth corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. Due to the addition of metal titanium, it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.
321 stainless steel plate has excellent high-temperature stress rupture (Stress Rupture) performance and high-temperature creep resistance (Creep Resistance) mechanical properties that are superior to 304 stainless steel plate.
